How it Works

  • Intake Process - Complete informational meeting, intake forms, and sign contract.

  • 1:1 Informal Assessment Session is scheduled.

  • Assessment results used to identify skill level and prescribe an educational pathway.

  • Class recommendation

  • Assessment results provided.

  • Two-week sessions with daily classes.

  • Daily classes are 2 hours and 15 minutes long totaling 20 instructional hours per session.

  • 60 minutes of Language Arts instruction and practice daily.

  • 60 minutes of Math instruction and practice daily.

  • Research based instructional strategies and materials.

  • 15 minute snack break at the halfway point.

  • Movement & brain breaks are integrated frequently and based upon each child’s needs.

Assessment Week: Individual testing appointments

  • Session 1 - 07.06.26 - 07.17.26

  • Session 2 - 07.20.26 - 07.31.26

  • Session 3 - 08.03.26 - 08.14.26

Daily 2.25 Hour Small Group Classes Covering Reading, Spelling, Writing, & Math.

Class Times & Age Ranges

9:00 AM - 11:15 AM Ages 7-9 years

1:00 PM - 3:15 PM Ages 8-10 years

3:30PM - 5:45 PM Ages 9-11 years

Pricing

Pricing Per Session = $2000

Materials fee = $50 per student per session

$500 Deposit due when scheduling assessment session. Remaining balance due at assessment session.

Includes 20+ hours of direct instruction and practice.

Key Details

  • Groups of 4-6 students

  • 3 Session dates to choose from

  • Class times are assigned based upon age and skills.

  • Students grouped by skill set and instructional needs.

  • Student are allowed a snack and water during break times during their classes.

  • Opportunities for movement are embedded in each class.

  • NUT FREE ENVIRONMENT

  • Contract, deposit, and materials fee required prior to scheduling the assessment session and securing placement in a class.
